By accessing or using GA4M ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
GA4M is a free, read-only analytics dashboard that connects to your Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console accounts and displays your data in a single page. The Service is provided free of charge and is supported by display advertising.
3. Use of the Service
You must have a valid Google account with access to Google Analytics 4 and/or Google Search Console to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with Google's Terms of Service.
You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service.
4. No Warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Kernel Keepers Ltd makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, availability, or suitability of the Service for any purpose.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service. The Service may be suspended, modified, or discontinued at any time without notice.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kernel Keepers Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
6. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Service accesses your Google Analytics and Search Console data on a read-only basis solely to display it to you. We do not store, sell, or share your analytics data.

The Service integrates with Google APIs. Your use of Google's services is governed by Google's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the availability or conduct of any third-party services.
The Service may display third-party advertisements. We are not responsible for the content of advertisements or the practices of advertisers.
8. Modifications to the Service and Terms
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
