GA4M is a product of Kernel Keepers Ltd. The Kernel Keepers group privacy policy is available at kernelkeepers.com/privacy. This policy covers GA4M specifically and should be read alongside it.
What GA4M Is
GA4M is a simplified analytics dashboard that connects to your Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console accounts and displays your data in a single, readable page. GA4M does not collect, store, or process your website visitor data — it retrieves it live from Google's APIs on your behalf and displays it to you.
What Data We Collect
We collect and store only the minimum data required to operate the service:
- Google account email address — to identify your account
- OAuth access and refresh tokens — to make authenticated API calls to Google on your behalf
- GA4 Property ID — to know which Google Analytics property to query
- Google Search Console site URL — to know which Search Console property to query
We do not collect passwords, payment information, browsing history, or any data about your website's visitors beyond what Google returns directly to your session.
How We Use Your Data
Your data is used solely to provide the GA4M service:
- OAuth tokens are used exclusively to make API calls to Google Analytics, Search Console, and PageSpeed Insights on your behalf
- Your email address is used to identify your session
- No data is used for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond operating the dashboard
Google API Services
GA4M uses the following Google APIs: Google Analytics Data API, Google Search Console API, and PageSpeed Insights API. Your use of GA4M is therefore also subject to Google's terms.
GA4M's use of data received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored in a secured database on our server infrastructure. OAuth tokens are stored to maintain your session between visits. We do not share, sell, or transfer your data to any third parties other than Google (to make the API calls you have authorised).
Data Retention
Your account data is retained for as long as you use GA4M. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us (see below). On deletion, your email address, OAuth tokens, and associated property data are permanently removed.
Your Rights
Under GDPR and applicable data protection law, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Withdraw consent at any time by revoking GA4M's access in your Google account permissions
Cookies
GA4M uses a single session cookie to keep you logged in. No third-party tracking cookies are used. If you enable ads on the Health and SEO section, the ad provider may set their own cookies subject to their own privacy policy.
